We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Final Sale Items

All items from our Final Sale Collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available upon request. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Final Sale Items

Items located in the "sale tab" will not be eligible for return.

Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. This allows us to review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on item availability.

Items reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund

Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or misuse will not be considered defective
